The skirt has 5 layers (SEWN TOGETHER), top 1st and 2nd layers is made of Shimmering Organza. 3rd and 4th layer are attached crinoline netting for additional fullness and the 5th layer is another layer of silky satin lining to bring comfort to your little girl while wearing the dress.
